Want to know more or have a question?
Did you know ? Safetees can be applied to a wide range of clothes, not just t-shirts!
Scroll down to view our aftercare and garment guide. We recommend that all garments are clean and ironed before application
Step By Step Guide
-
Step 1. Cut out
Cut out 1 Safetee label from the sheet of labels. Use the dotted line as a guide and try not to leave any square edges as these can get caught. Fill an iron with water and switch on to half heat and heat up while you are cutting.
-
Step 2. Apply
Choose where you want to apply the Safetee label on the garment. We recommend somewhere visible on the outside. Place the cut out down in position and lay the greaseproof paper provided over it. Do not flip the label.
-
Step 3. Iron
With your iron heated up to half temperature, press down firmly over the design, move back and forth, ensuring all the edges are covered. Do this for 45 seconds. *If you smell burning stop and remove the heat*
-
Step 4. Done!
Remove the iron and switch it off. Remove the greaseproof paper and set it to one side. Wait a few minutes until the area has cooled down before touching. Check to make sure it scans. if the label has not stuck, cover and re-iron
Garment Guides & Aftercare Advice
General Aftercare
We suggest to avoid washing the garment for at least 48hrs after transfer has been applied. When washing do not use bleaching or stain remover treatments, and wash at a lower temperature. Avoid tumble drying unless you wish to remove the Safetee label.
If the Safetee label begins to peel, use the grease proof paper provided and re apply heat to hold down.
